Our Old Marc de Châteauneuf du Pape offers an eye-catching nose, which varies according to the temperature of the glass, at first rather fresh and sweet, then the notes become more and more voluptuous. We pass on candied fruits (pear, blond grapes, citrus fruits, quinces), spices (ginger, pepper, cardamom, vanilla), mixed with gourmet touches with nougat, honeyed notes, others a little drier like oregano, coffee.

Here we find the minerality and elegance of the Grenache grape variety, a digest of the terroir of Châteauneuf du Pape in the mouth, which balances the sweetness of this Old Marc, our very first print distilled in 2013.

A high-end spirit that will delight any lover of Old Marc or whisky. To be served at different times of the meal: in Norman hole with a pear sorbet or at the Old Marc of Châteauneuf of the Pope, in digestive, possibly accompanied by a cup of good coffee, or a dessert with chocolate or coffee, or hazelnuts... A sip to flavour a dessert or chocolate truffles, a terrine of wild boar, or why not a foie gras. And finally, dare on a blue cheese, roquefort style.
