Those who love olives necessarily love black or green tapenade. It is found on all Mediterranean tables, in Provence or elsewhere; everywhere where olive trees are grown, there is a recipe for black or green tapenade. Here, crudité sticks or breadsticks are dipped, it is eaten with goat cheese, it is cooked with mullet or in a fresh tomato squash. The black tapenade with Marc de Provence is slightly fragrant, we find the subtle aromas of marc, but not at all the alcoholic side.
Black tapenade with Marc de Provence - 180 gr. - Ingredients: 75% Greek black olives (black olives, salt, water), olive oil, capers, anchovies, 2% Marc de Provence, pepper, thyme, laurel.
