A strong red colour for this Mediterranean wine, from vines grown in the neighbouring town of Bédarrides, a bouquet of red fruits, some notes of pepper, a structured and balanced mouth make this wine a pleasant table companion on a daily basis. It also lends itself very well to wine cooking and the preparation of a good sangria!
