Pierre's lavender honey is golden and quite mild, flowery. It is your ally against stress and little injury, it is delicious in toast, in a yogurt, on a faisselle, or with a goat cheese... As with our wines, the production of honey varies from year to year, and it can happen that we are in rupture. Good to know: if it is pleasant to sweeten a hot drink with honey, it loses some of its properties with heat.
