Pierre's thyme honey is golden and very sweet. It is your ally against winter ailments, and delicious in toast, in a yogurt, on a faisselle, or with a goat cheese. As with our wines, the production of honey varies from year to year, and it can happen that we are in rupture. Good to know: if it is pleasant to sweeten a hot drink with honey, it loses some of its properties with heat.
